DAY TRIPS: Wear clothes that dry quickly--shorts & tennis shoes or river sandals--sunglasses with strap, sunscreen, polypropylene or fleece layers and a change of dry clothes and dry shoes. Splash jackets provided and wetsuits available for rent.

OVERNIGHT TRIPS: Packing list and available rental equipment will be sent upon confirmation of trip.

GUNNISON GORGE TRIPS: This trip requires special attention in your packing because all your personal gear is transferred into a waterproof pack with shoulder straps and carried by you down the Chuckar Trail, an easy 1 mile hike to the river. Cleated wading shoes are not allowed. We do not provide alcoholic beverages. You may arrange for us to purchase canned beverages such as beer to be packed down ahead of time. PACK LIGHT! Please call us if you have questions. Your bag is 16" in diameter x 33" high, the size of a medium capacity backpack. Tents and sleeping pads may possibly be consolidated into a group bag for these items only.
